Michael D. Farnon has been producing and directing television since 1975. During that time he has produced hundreds of hours of live and taped programs for broadcast, cable and business. As an honors graduate from Southern Illinois University, Mr. Farnon began his career in Public Broadcasting in Indianapolis. In 1980, he was nominated for a National EMMY for his work on a program with Beverly Sills. In 1981 he began a career in cable television where he produced a variety of entertainment and sports programs. In 1983 he was nominated for a local EMMY for his work on a program about the Chicago Bears. In business television, he has produced a wide variety of programs designed to motivate, entertain and educate trade show and conference audiences. He has extensive experience in directing actors both in the studio and on location. Mr. Farnon also has extensive experience in directing live events for both television and meetings and in the coordination of equipment and crews on location.
