Brian Lynch

Brian Lynch has been acting professionally for the past 20 years and has been called "one of American theater's most impressive talents" (Phoenix Gazette). He has spent the past seven years touring nationally and internationally with various Broadway musicals including "Aspects of Love," "Cats," and most recently, "Les Miserables." In "Les Miserables," Lynch performed the starring role of Jean Valijean for more than two years. The Los Angeles Times said, "Lynch is absolutely superb as Valijean. He teems with passion and vitality?communicating the heroism of his character with a deft slight of hand."
Before beginning his touring career, Lynch appeared in Chicago at the Candlelight Dinner Playhouse. At the Candlelight, he served as choreographer, dance captain, assistant stage manager, and performer in more than fifty shows.
His list of credits include such works as "A Chorus Line," "The Pirates of Penzance," "Little Shop of Horrors," "Evita," "Rags," "Follies," and "West Side Story," to name a few. His work as choreographer earned him Joseph Jefferson Award nominations for outstanding choreography for "Bye Bye Birdie," "Zorba," "Follies," and "Grease," for which he received the 1984 award. Directed and choreographed North Central's nationally recognized production of "The Pirates of Penzance."
